What do you think of this situation? One league I am in I noticed a new owner no seasons played signed two players in arb. season 1 then waived them and the same team claimed them for minimum 300,00 and change. only one of the players were of use.

If he's only paying 300K+, he didn't waive them. They were released. That's a stupid n00b move that happens far too often. Since you can make two claims per day, it's not insane that one owner ended up with them.

But the situation warrants watching.

the fact that the second player is a scrub makes me wonder. if only the player of use was claimed i would think other owner was sharpshooting the wire. but i can be reading into it to far.
