The Davkar Progressive League is looking for owners.
We started this prog league with the 88-89 season and have progressed through the years. 5 real years later we are about to enter the 09-10 season. We have 21 seasons in the books and our looking for owners to join us for our 22nd season. We're looking for solid owners that would like to join this longtime ongoing league. The vast majority of the league's owners (15) have been around for over 15 seasons and remaining owners are a solid dedicated group. In other words there's very little down time in between seasons. We also have an extensive league history if you want to learn more about the available franchises. Finally we have preseason predictions and team rankings done around the start of every season. bASIC RULES:
- All players progress through their career one year at a time.
- Draft lottery determines top 12 picks in the draft. All non-playoff teams are eligible for the weighted lottery.
- You may keep or cut as many players as you wish each season.
-You MUST have EXACTLY 12 eligible players on your roster at the conclusion of the draft.
- Trades are allowed and welcomed.
- IR spots are used for any player not in the WIS database for the current season.
- You may keep as many IR players as you wish in any given season.
- We use 1-1-1-A rookies for teams with a shortage of minutes to avoid forfeits.

Both teams should be very competitive this season.

We will start the draft once the 09-10 players are released.

We also planned on restarting a very similiar version of this league after the conclusion of this season as well as trying to continue this league year after year once the future players are released.Hey if nothing else it gives you a chance to see how the 09-10 players will fair against each other.
