Yahoo Sports did a blistering article about Jim Calhoun:

understates the case - makes it sound like it was just this once - its never just once - reportedly....

- substantial payment to Rudy Gay's AAU folks to schedule an exhibition game - which led to a change in the rules for who DI teams can play in exhibitions but amounted to a payment to get Mr Gay

- players stealing laptops

- who knows what else - you dont start to bend or break the rules at 68 - you just maybe go a bit too far and get caugght in a circumstance that the NCAA cant ignore....

But I'm sure all his friends like him.

being from CT and a UCONN fan, there are more then just those, alot of little things but nothing that i can remember being all that major as the laptops and the rudy gay rule

as for this one, it was all from nate miles, a guy that never stepped on the court at UCONN

either way, im not defending or applauding UCONN for this, but they arent the only program to do this. it happens everywhere

if youre not cheating, youre not trying

The programs that get caught always use this "if you're not cheating, you're not trying"

Don't try to throw other teams who are completely clean under the bus.
