I currently have a Low A pitcher whose fatigue is 0 (0). He's been like that for over a week in real time. His Durability is 24, his Health is 26, and he has no injuries. Any ideas as to what I can do to get his fatigue back to normal?

Put him on rest and wait.

Most likely, he pitched a number of consecutive games. You'll need to figure out how and why that happened to prevent it from happening again. Most likely, either some settings will need to be adjusted, or you'll need a few more pitchers in Low A that can be rotated in and out of active/inactive.

It's this guy: http://www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx?pid=3187841

He threw almost 500 pitches at 0(0). Forget about him for awhile.

I find it amazing that the guy didn't get injured throwing that many pitches while completely fatigued. Consider yourself lucky and rest him until he gets back to 100%.

The sad part is that he has a chance to be pretty good.

He's not dead. He just got half his innings in for the season in about 10 days. Since he didn't get hurt, he'll develop fine.

I would think his development would slow this year as he will be sitting on the bench with his arm in a sling
