I have a guy thats "willing to resign" and hes requesting 3yrs @ 22,250,000. Figuratively speaking, could I give him a $10M bonus and then structure the contract for 3 years 12,250,000? Also, if I can, what are the odds that he signs?

I appologize in advance if this has been covered before.

if you give him the nmber of years and the total dollars he should resign, even if you use a huge bonus.

yea, it worked. Now I got him locked in at $4.2M instead of 7!
