please make one more post telling us when exactly we can expect results for the delayed worlds, i dont think an explanationis too much too ask for your paying customers, i just want to know when they will usually be posted. as a customer for the past 5+ years i am seriously considering how my involvement with WIS HD is going to be moving forward unless some information is given to us coaches. i dont think a little more transperancy on this is going to hurt anyone, except maybe WIS' bottom line (in the long run)

Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill. Why is every single inconvenience always Armageddon?

I never realized how many people should just get a good night sleep before reading all the forums this week.

Just go to bed, they will be there in the morning I promise.

The afternoon scores for worlds running the new engine are showing up around 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm ET. And the morning scores appear to be showing up around the 6:00 am ET timeframe.

What more do you need to know? Does Moses have to bring the official times down to you on a tablet from Mount Sinai?

not everyone sleeps at the same time, nor works at the same time.

its an issue of customer service and communication.

When people have set schedules to read game logs/scout opponents/game plan for next games and you are seeing a 2-3 hour difference all of a sudden some explanation and guide isn't a lot to ask for. It's 4:30 EST right now and the afternoon cycle still hasn't rolled over completely in Phelan.

Considering people are playing this game in time zones around the country and to Vandy's point not everyone has the same work schedules it's all about consideration of consumers.

<start rant>

On a different note to gripe about, can everybody please stop creating threads with titles like this one -- 'seble'? It gives no clue what the context of the thread/question is going to be, and then I waste my time and get annoyed when I open it to see it's some trivial nonsense.

<end rant>

Why wasn't this just submitted as a ticket? Why do the rest of us need to see it?
6/4/2010 4:50 PM
Wow, just fail to see how the defenders of the faith cannot see the issue this causes some people. Not all of us can check back multiple times a day. With all of the other problems with the rollout a simple conference board announcement would ease a ton of stress and a number of people have complained.
For a company backed by one of the (if not the) largest media groups in the world, WIS has really shot themselves in the foot.
Defenders will just say it is a glitch or something minor and to get over it make the adjustment and move on.
The thing is; if you have enough minor symptoms, it is a sign that something is seriously wrong.
The problem is that the game is too complex for current maangement to handle.

So Phelan is on a 15 hour schedule then 9 hour? Yea that makes sense and shouldn't be addressed...
6/4/2010 6:32 PM
it effects more than one player - why send in a hundred tickets to address a problem that is basically faced in 2 game a day leagues.

we should get a response.

6AM huh? That is different than the 1 hour delay till 3 30 AM ET for Crum. Last year, I know it was at 2 30 AM and somebody had mentioned it was just an hour later now. So your 6 AM comment is news to me.

On a side note, how does everyone feel about the practice suggestions coming at various times of the day? Not a big deal to me, but I think I preferred them all coming at once so that I didn't miss any and could maximize practice production.

The past 2 days, though, some of th 1/day worlds didn't happen until 6:00 a.m.

I sent a ticket and was told that 1) they were aware there's a problem 2) they don't know the cause yet; 3) they're still working on it

This morning, all of the 1/day worlds had been played when I checked them at 3:30 a.m.
