Hence I said that they should redo the logic.
I know I can beat the D+ sim, I never said I could not. I am simply stating that if their primary recruit is the one that is 200 miles from me I would have to dump a lot more cash into someone when competing against a team that is not even close to around my area. I have no problem if they get the local boost even out to 800 miles and past that it would hurt them.
Also, if I am out in the middle of no where, why shouldn't I guarantee local players around me? You don't think that happens in real life? There is a trade-off though to having that exclusivity though, want to know what? Well its called only having only 1 player with-in 100 miles and 18 players with-in 200 miles like this year at N. Arizona.
I never said though that teams shouldn't be able to recruit nationally, just that simai should be toned down a bit. This can happen at other levels as well, but usually you have such a prestige advantage it doesn't even matter.
Also, dalt being a C+ when you started at Montana is not like starting at Northern Arizona with a D-.
In the end though I can still get the guy from them if I want to, just bothers me that the biggest part of this game is so overlooked for the SIMAI. It would be great to get some SIMAI that really do compete in the local market and know who to recruit for their teams.
