Glitch in recruiting and CS doing nothing Topic

i am an experienced coach which means i have recruited season after season and know how to do it........without giving any details at the moment while recruiting is still going on i'm just gonna say this.......i am experiencing a major problem and customer service is doing nothing to fix the problem and on top it is telling me that there is no problem......well i've played this game and i know when something is working incorrectly. In my opinion they are too lazy to help.

i'll explain it after recruiting i'm not gonna give info that could effect a recruit while recruiting is going on. i just want action, i'm am livid with CS.

one of the visit features isn't working correctly on one or more of the players i am or have pursued in this recruiting session......by the way i have sent several expletive laced emails since the 5pm session concluded and have not gotten a response back from CS and I would say it is vital they can figure out a solution to this obvious problem before 8pm rolls around. so far nothing, nice to see them not doing their jobs.

i would think if i'm experiencing an issue there is a good shot a few other coaches are as well. if not then i am the unlucky coach that for the past several years has run one of the best d3 schools in one of the hardest conferences and according to CS has for some odd reason forgotten how to correctly recruit.

Expletive laced emails may not be the ideal way to get through to them. Just saying.

So, some major glitch is recruting and all of one person has discovered it among the hundreds of coaches that have recruited, but you won't say what the problem was and all we know is that CS won't respond to your expletive filled tirades.

Cool story. Nothing to see here.

when did it become the policy of the board to **** on a coach who has 13 seasons under his belt and doesn't post on this board very often, but one of the few times i do i have to listen to you guys make assumptions that i don't know what i'm talking about. i'd love to go into detail on each issue that i am experiencing, but i figured most of you had the common sense to know that what i am dealing with can effect the rest of the recruting session for everyone. this isn't a troll post. this is a post intended to let CS know that i'm not happy with their treatment of a loyal paying customer who obviously is experiencing a problem and getting lazy feedback.

since everyone is questioning me i'll give you an email exchange with cs from a couple of seasons ago that illustrates a glitch that as far as i know only affected me.

there has to be an error, cuz the email that i received sounds like a rejected home visit........but i didn't send a home visit, i did a campus visit, but the email clearly says that i tried to drop by, that makes no sense........so right now i believe i should appear on ballards board or even have him as a signed sealed recruit, but now i can't even get on his list.

(this is a copy of the email that i received. isn't this a rejected home visit email and not a rejected campus visit email?) Coach, I was kind of surprised when you stopped by the other night. I was actually supposed to be on a campus visit with another school, but I wasn't feeling so hot. Anyway, while I think you're on the right track with your program, it's probably not the best fit for me. Sorry you had to come all the way out to find that out. I do like your persistence though :)

Thanks for the note. That does seem like a home visit email. I'm not sure what happened there, but it was a rejected campus visit as you can see in the recruiting history.
