IE - We didnt do our job correctly the first time; nor did we bother to take care of these issues during the "beta test" but we will simply ignore these issues and continue to treat our paying customers like child labor in Asia; Seble, I was one of your biggest defenders and told everyone to give you time...etc...but you've been a big fail. I'm glad to see so many vets have finally had enough and are dropping the game...when you have the die hards that stuck through the potential disaster leaving that says enough.

You obviously werent around or not paying attention, when the change was made, OR when people were complaining about how long the new engine was taking to roll out or any number of issues. By the way...I like how you disappear...when it suits you but reappear for comments like these.

And by change I mean from Tarek to Him.

What a helpful thread. Let's insult the one person who seems to be motivated to fix the engine. Are you sure you don't want to add a few expletives so this thread carries some more weight?

No no not expletive laced postings....expletive-laced tickets are the only way to get results....silly grasshopper.

Trying to fix something he broke in the 1st place is kinda like a thief saying "Hey, I found $20 out of the $40 that was stolen!" isn't it?

Why do I need to be helpful? Can't I vent as a paying customer? Cant I be ****** off that the only guy that supposedly is motivated is lazy and incompetant (SEE HOW THE BETA TEST WAS RUN)? Cant I be annoyed that within a couple of weeks Ive completely lost interest in something that I did for entertainment since 2006? Cant I complain that they are charging me to test an engine that shoulda been done in beta testing?

And you know what maybe I am being helpful, maybe newer users or people that arent sure about joining the game, will read this and decide this isnt the type of product they want to spend their money on because they dont like how WIS does business. And please spare me with the "every software" will have bugs argument. That would be acceptable if the beta test was done properly the release was not rushed through.

The fact customer serivce is sending out responses to tickets as though nothing is wrong is another joke.

He's a big boy, let him respond and provide a reasonable explanation as to why things were rushed.

You're right its good for the game when coaches like:

Jskenner, Headfirst, Sully; Zhawks and Mlat all quit withing a couple of weeks of each other for the same reasons and thats just naming a few...

As I've said before, did people really think that a complete overhaul of a sports simulation engine was going to go off without a hitch? There are parts of the new engine that seem to be working, are there not? How do we know that making some relatively minor adjustments to the press and HCA won't result in a better engine than before?

Yeah, because threads as brilliant as this one demand insightful commentary, and not snarky dismissals highlighting the fact that since the new engine launched you've displayed all the patience of a fruit fly on poppers.
