Have never coached at D-1, but spent lots of time now at D-II. Drops and pulls are king there with lots of scouting visits.

Is D-1 more about targeting specific players with loads of money? Assuming there's a lot more competition for players in general...

Are scouting visits still used to pull players that might not otherwise come?
