I'm not in jeopardy at the moment, but was talking with a couple folks who were in jeopardy at the time when the new engine got rolled out. Now they are in the midst of a seasons where there have been adjustments on the fly, problems with 3 point shots, problems with HCA. Folks who scheduled lots of road games and then found themselves unexpectedly hurt by showers of 3 pointers and/or their inability to run their old defense in the new engine....should they be fired?
one answer is tough, we all faced these uncertainties
another answer is just to put a one season hold on firings so we dont lose teams/coaches as a result of the effects of the engine change......folks who thought they were ready to recover but were stymied but unintended effects of the new engine may well be peeved if they get tossed
