Upon joining each owner will select a team season in baseball history this will be the bulk of their 1st season, they will be allowed 19 keepers at seasons end ex. 2004 Red Sox, 1972 Oakland A's a player can only appear once in the league
only one instance per franchise is allowed, therefore if/when someone selects 1927 nobody else can take Yanks.

NEXT...each owner will nominate 3 other players in baseball history from any season of their career. this player must have at least 3 player seasons from pt they are nominated. at least one season must be valued above 2 million for a pitcher and 4 million for a position player. each owner must nominate at least one pitcher and position player. the nominated players CANNOT appear on any of the team season rosters that have been selected. Initial team pick outweighs this nominee therefore some of these players may need to be reselected. these players DO NOT have to be rookies.

based on roster salary of selected team season a 4 round draft will be held for the nominated players and stadium. lowest salary picks first. the order will be the same each rd. ANY stadium may be selected but once a stadium is used it is gone from league history. no trading of picks in this initial draft

***most important EACH team will have Jamie Moyer***! we will all start with Jamie Moyer's rookie season. Every 5 seasons the owner with the most Jamie Moyer wins will get the league prize. in the event of a tie, team with the most total wins prevails. also whoever gets Jamie Moyer his 300th victory( he starts with 0!) first gets a $50 WIS card from me. thatll give me about 4-5 years to save up. there is NO IR in this league for any player. just use next available season

EACH season there will be realignment!the 4 highest salary teams will be placed in the AL East. the second 4 highest salaried teams will be in the NL east, the 9-12th highest salaried teams will be in the ALW, and the 4 lowest salaried teams will be in the NLW! Division winners will go to playoffs each 2nd place team will nominate a team season( a franchise cannot be selected twice but a francise from previous draft can be reselected) and we will conduct a 6 rd draft with those 100 or so players. if the 4 teams nominated do not total 100, the 2nd place owners will each nominate an extra player until we get to 100. no traind conditional draft picks or picks beyond upcoming draft. cannot change stadium every season. must use a 1-3 rd pick on a new stadium.
