Draft Risk Question Topic

So I have the first pick in the draft coming up, and one of the best players on the board has "Looking to be drafted in the first round. If not, he'll probably accept a scholarship to play DI college baseball."

Just wanted to see if that means he'd be no risk of not signing since he'd be first pick overall anyways?  Is he questionable, doubtful, no risk at all, etc?  I just wanted to make sure I don't screw this up since this is my first draft ever.

I've never seen one of these fail to sign if drafted in the true first round (ie, not supplemental). I imagine they might raise their demands, but I'm not sure.

He will most likely sign but will probably raise his demands before he does. I had one like that a top 5 pick and he did sign but wanted more cash.

I have also never had one not sign.  You should be good with a conservative setting for signing risk.
