What happens if you don't have enough payroll to cover a rule v drafted player?

Will simmy move funds for you, or will you simply not draft anyone?

Finances - When it's your franchise's turn to draft, current finances play a role. If your franchise doesn't have enough player payroll to draft a player, it will skip it's turn in the draft. This player payroll is dynamic during the draft, because in one round you may only have $100K available, for instance, but in the next you may have $477K available if another club happened to draft away a player making $327K and also paid you the $50K draft fee. This is a very important piece, so don't neglect its impact on the draft.
