Worst. Idea. Ever.

Tmac, I don't expect that from someone who's been around as long as you and has seen the negative effect that opening too many worlds had. We need the existing worlds to be reasonably filled before they even entertain the notion of any new worlds.

A new world would be good..Not sure about 4 games a day, maybe 3, a game every 8 hours....

I do understand this but my judgment is clouded from the thrill of a new world...

Why not join one of the old worlds?

I'm on board, but to make it worth while for WIS, they should have everyone at least by a 5 pack to play in the new world...maybe a 10...I like the virgin qualities of a newer world to be honest lol.

I'm up for a 3 or 4 game a day world as well, I think these would be rather successful to be honest...I don't think it would hurt to run one...if it doesn't "work" after a set amount of time...shut it down.

This is an awful idea - the existing worlds aren't full, why would we add another?

We should make the firing process more severe, if anything.

I see the argument against, why open a new world when the existing ones aren't full. It does makes sense, however, existing worlds will never be full and that is the honest truth. The only thing to do in a world that is in the 30th+ season is rebuild a program that has never been successful. That is fun to do but probably the most expensive thing to do as well...I enjoy rebuilding a program, but I have never been in a world from season 1 and for me personally, hope to get the chance sometime...

I feel like its repetitive... a new world would be something new (obviously)

also, I like the Worst. Idea. Ever. Is that a simpsons reference? Whatever it is it really makes my post look much worse, you pretty much instantly convinced me it was stupid by just looking at those words lol.

And then what after you shut it down? Give everyone the seasons back? Doubt WIS would want to do that. Delete the world and forget all the money you had put into it? Doubt the people would want to do that. If they're not confident about it, don't do it.

Yeah I dont like the 3 or 4 game a day idea, that is way to fast... Im just talking about making a new world.

if wis were to add worlds i bet the overall number of user teams would increase.

what i dont know is what the real cost to them as far as software/hardware/ticket responding each world requires and what the "break even" number would be to make it worth their while overall.
