Choose a current franchise and use the current 40 man roster
Pick 15 players from the 40 man roister and twist them to what ever year you want.
Add 5 past players from your chosen franchise. No twist of past players and they must be retired.
Get 18/20 WAA AAA as future players to fill the last the last 5 spots. At the start of the season after you pick your 5 futures all other aaa must be renamed illegal.

80 mil cap (9 mil max per player. not all franchise's have 12 mil players like some older franchies)  
50 games min live to make playoffs (all playoffs must be live)
No ww, No transaction dead line, No DH
yes aaa (of course) yes trades, yes quick start, yes playoff push
Must use current stadium
MLB 90944


any illegal players or using more then 5 aaa will result in games forfeited.
