I am sure this has been brought up a million times but, when I look at ratings either current or projected.. Why in the world is overall never included?

Overall is somewhat meaningless. Too many less important ratings can drive OVR either artifically high or artifically low, making OVR somewhat miselading as an indicator of quality of talent.
