One more quick question for all you vets!  I presently run a triangle offense and my team mostly has a B average, I would like to change to a flex and most of my players have a D average.  Is it too late in the season to make the change or will my players be able to make this change halfway through the non conference schedule?

I won't play an offense/defense  until the IQs are at least C+ or B-.    If you want to change, continue playing triangle while you practice flex. 
If you feel you have no chance at the post-season,  you have nothing to lose. But, if you think you can make it, stay with the triangle longer.  Making post-season will enable you to see better recruits next time.
