If you sign any FA  before the rule 5 draft and you havent been able to assign them to a team before the rule 5 draft, are they eligible to be drafted by other teams in the rule 5?

Any FA signed in, I believe, the 24 hours (might be more?) immediately prior to the Rule 5 are not eligible to be drafted.
