Durability and Rest Topic

Does anyone have a simple formula that works for how much positional players should be rested over the season?

Durability can be roughly thought of as the percentage of 9 inning games a position player can start at 100%.

Roughly 1.8 x DUR will give you a total of games a player can play at 100%.

Before someone says "I have a 75 DUR and I get 142 games from him", it's not perfect.   I think fatigue is based on PA, innings in the field(DH counts) and, to a degree, difficulty of position.     1.8 will give you a rough idea.

I have a similar question:  how does in-game rest affect a player's fatigue?  So if a player is replaced in the 7th and sits for two or three innings, how much will his fatigue rating be affected versus if he played the entire eight or nine innings?

Little but it adds up.
