Question about PE and LP Topic

OK, im reading my play by plays for really the first time ever.  I ussally just scan thru it to see the half time score and the final score.  But this season I thought Id just read every line.  Then I start to notice one thing, my center and I quote "connects on the jumper from the right block"  My question, is that PE or LP???

To my understanding, jumpers=PE

But then again, I'm no HOF

Sounds like LP to me...I think most everything inside 10' is LP.
