I have not heard anything from my assitant coach since mid term grades came out.  Before that it was 4-5 games back before I heard from him.  This is only my second season and I do not know if this is good or bad.  In my first season, I heard from the assistant nearly on a daily basis.  My record is 4-7 so I know that the reason for non communication is not a great start.  Is this more common?  Does is mean that I have my practice and game plans set correct?  Any comments would be helpful!

Ast coaches only tell you when a guy is close to his max in a certain area, or when grades come out. It just means your players are not maxing out as fast and thats due to the change that makes ratings increase slower. No worries, they won't tell you when you are having a bad season.
