I am currently in d1 looking at jobs in d1 and I am not qualifies for any other jobs which is fine. But then I went to d2 and I am not qualified for any jobs but I am over qualified for all d3 jobs? Anyone else seeing this?

Not that I was thinking of leaving N. Colorado just yet (I have all 12 players returning next season), but I find it kind of hard to believe that going 78--14 over the past three seasons with three NT bids to boot gets me qualified for a grand total of ZERO D1 jobs.  Yep, I think something might be a little off here........

Schroedess, you have no D1 success. The same thing happened to me when I first got to D1 and the few seasons that followed. Make the NT once or twice and this should change.

dcy, I'm pretty sure you need at least 4 seasons unless you have major NT success.

I noticed a problem too.  I'm in D2 and I'm pretty sure I was qualified for a bunch of D2 jobs last year (which would make sense considering I'm already there).  Now I'm not qulaified for any D2 jobs.  Doesn't make sense.

Do all you have A+ Loyalty/rep? There has been changes that make you not qualified now if you don't. Before, you would be 'qualifed' but would get rejected.

Even for d2 jobs? I mean I am at d1 level and I can't even get a crappy d2 job if i wanted it? Sounds kinda weird. Also I never said I was blazing at d1 I took over a crappy d- team and went from a 300 rip to just over 100 last season good enough in my book. Besides I am not talking about even going up I am talking about even down a division.

Yeah, all jobs you need loyalty/rep to move up to. With that update if you are not qualified due to it it says not qualified from the go. Before, it said qualified and then you'd get shot down.

I think that's pretty clear Furry, but moving DOWN a level should be a different story.  Like I said earlier, I'm not looking to move anyway, just thought it was a little strange.

Hasn't it always been that way though? Not sure why people are suddenly shocked at it. Loyalty and rep plays to big of an issue when it comes to jobs. I thought everyone knew this. Nothing with that has changed one way or another other then it being more clear that you won't get the jobs before wasting the app.

Yuppers, none of you guys have been at your jobs long enough to get your loyalty back up and that affects most jobs, up or down.
