The APL needs one owner for the  Sand Diego franchise for the 1983 season.  This is a 16 team league with real life AAA drafted.  You can not keep you AAA players from year to year (they must go back in the draft pool if the have a 1984 season).  The league has IR for players not in the database (AAA not eligible of IR).  You must have 37 wins at the 120 game mark to be eligible for the lottery. (Bottom four team in lottery for number one pick). If you do not have 37 wins you will pick 5th in the first round and first in every other round.

Sand Diego is in the American League and use the DH. The National League does not.
