I'll just stick to my tired canard: They need to institute a cap on the low end for these "Cadillac" schools (say at B, which is the baseline for most BCS schools), not artificially inflate them at high end to keep them at A+. Success and failure should be treated simularly at all schools. There should be no reasonable explaination why KU should have gotten a bump in prestige.
What always gets me is that the motto of HD is 'build your own dynasty", but it really only means build your own dynasty at the schools that were dynasties in 2002, struggle against the tide to maintian one at any other school you do well at.
