I know, another jobs thread, but I have a question.
Does everyone agree that it would make sense if it was made easier to get a good DI job if it was made easier to be fired? This would prevent SimAI from running teams into the ground and it would also make it easier for coaches to remain at a good DI school even if theey are fired.
