why the changing of WE and DUR to 50?   
A 400 rated player with a 100 WE will be a much higher rated player by seasons end than a 425 guy with a 1 WE. 

If the top guy with 488 has a low WE he might even be a candidate for a sholarship when his WE jumps to 100.

Their AVERAGE work ethic was 75.  None of them were in the bad danger zone of low WE, and I doubt any of those players have enough potential to be worth a scholarship.  The average DUR was 50.  But putting them at fifty/fifty makes it so you can compare the players a bit more evenly.

So what would you guys say?  The players should, perhaps, be averaging about fifty points higher, then you could find the occasional workable player with them still being lower quality than those recruited?
