Lets see if we can get this off the ground this time, here are the rules:

1) Out of your five starters 3 must be 90+ defense the other 2 must be at least 80
2) Your bench must have a defesive rating of at least 75
3) All starters must have at least 2700 minutes
4) $47M cap
5) No rookies, ww or clones
