I am wondering if it is worth recruiting sumbody with 1 work ethic? he has 83 per, high potential speed at 71, and high potential ball handling and passing? will he improve enough to be effective in D-2 i know he will not gain off-season possibly lose stats but will he be effective enough to shows positive gains in season

No, its not. Unless you are happy with him AS IS and with about a B range IQ, I wouldn't do it.

Yeah, 1 WE doesnt just mean they progress slow, it means they barely progress at all.

If you are happy with the player "as is" get him, but if he needs to improve AT ALL to help you forget it.
