In rehiring coaches, I've noticed that returning coaches have demands often above the minimum value, but if I switch their Level to a higher one (AAA to ML, etc.) then switch it back, the value resets to the minimum. Would the coaches accept this minimum value, which is below their demands, or would they balk and enter the coaching market?
