DRAFT------Random, snake style draft for Season 1--For  1969-- Round One-The World Series winner will draft 16th. The World Series loser will draft 15th. The other 2 playoff  teams will draft 13-14th based on their records. The 5 worst W-L in one group and the next 7  in another.  This means the 5 worst teams all have a shot at the # 1 pick. (All ties will be broken by # of live games played!!) 
Round Two to finish-Teams will draft based on their regular season records only with no regard to post season

They are an expansion teams and they are entering their 1st year.  Philadelphia will be in Connie Mack stadium-National league. We are entering our 7th season and have just completed our 1969 draft.
