I always thought it would be cool to have schools with a job opening contact the coaches. A Major college contacting a coach that is doing good things at a lower level school and offering a job.

I agree...a little headhunting of lower division/mid-major coaches by higher programs searching for coaches would be a very realistic element.

I don't know if the worlds are full enough for this though.

I agree.  I think that it should be more like real life in that the schools hunt for a coach as well as coaches hunting for a job.

i dont think any big six school should go after low level coaches since you need to earn it to get there. Although i wouldnt mind the mid-major or at least the bottom tier or schools getting coaches that would previously be uncoached.

also i like the thought of the B- big sky school sending a message to coach A od the perineal national tournament d2 school.

i will ammend one thing. If coaches get fired from big six jobs alot faster then i would be open to the schools accepting lesser than usual coaches for the positions

I would like to have the option to "not apply" for any job openings which could allow recruiting money to be used on FSS right away to give more time on researching players.
