We're entering the 14th year of a progressive that started as a 51/91 leauge, and has spent the past three seasons very successfully phasing in players from the 1920s. Now we draft from 1924 and 1964 (next year from 25/65, etc.), while the players from 2004 (next year 2005, etc.) will disappear when they are cut, retired, or when we catch up to the present.

120 million cap, no DH, no AAA, worst to first draft with a minimum of 40 wins by game 120 to be eligible for the top 4 picks in the 1st round.

The available team owns all its picks and has the first overall pick in a draft with great, great talent to choose from.
