Quick question:  If I withdraw a scholarship offer from a recruit before signing, how does that affect him if I decide to re-offer it?  I potentially have a drop-down that is way better than the guy I offered a scholly to.  If I can hook the drop-down, I am set, but if I can't get him I want to know what kind of situation I am dealing with for the player I took the offer away from.

You can re-offer but it'll take more money to get him to consider you again.  He's a little offended and wants to be wooed
