The draft order is based on the standings of the previous season (owners are rewarded for a successful season). If you finished tied with another team, the tiebreaker is "net runs scored/allowed".  EACH OWNER HAS A DEADLINE TO MAKE THEIR PICK... IF THEY MISS THE DEADLINE, THE NEXT GROUP BECOMES ELIGIBLE BUT YOU CAN STILL PICK YOUR TEAM AT ANYTIME AFTER YOUR DEADLINE PASSES!!!

 

THERE ARE NO OWNER RIGHTS TO FRANCHISES AND WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING ONE INSTANCE OF A FRANCHISE (of that city, ie. one Philadelphia A's team and one Oakland A's team is okay) !!!

 

If you pick a 2010 team, you may use the current 40-man roster along with baseball-reference.com for twisting players.
