So, the guys I want to recruit are considering SiM AI. Can someone please help me figure out how much its gonna cost me before I get in too deep competing for these guys?

Player #1: School being considered has same prestige than me. It has 3 open schollies, and the guy I want is the only player who shows up on the recruiting screen for the other school. Based on what I have read, I am expecting this recruit to cost be about $16k (if other schools stay out of it) right?

Player #2: School being considered has slightly lower prestige than me. It has 7 open schollies, but 4 players show up on the recruiting screen for the other school. If other schools stay out of it, how much will I have to invest here?

Any information from the esteemed vets of the hardwood would be greatly appreciated.

Remember that Sim teams will target a certain number of players at max. This is their total open scholarships minus 2. So player 1 will likely be the only player that sim team will target unless they are bumped off of his consideration list.
