   Are all of the attributes of the coach distributed to the team?  For example, does the hitting coach work on fielding and baserunning?  Does the bench coach help pitching and hitting?

Negative...having a pitching coach with an 85 hitting rating won't help your hitters improve.  But don't forget that 1B and 3B coaches hitting ratings do affect improvement.  And fielding coaches affect fielding improvement across all levels.
