I was reading on Mutual options in the Help center and it mentions that if a player excercises the option and you reject it, that you have to pay a buy out.  How much is the buy out?

Lets say I dont pick up the option, am I still elligible to get a TYPE A/B pick if he ends up being good enough or am I basically releasing him?
