Basic idea, you keep 20 players from last season.

We're entering the 3rd season, and looking for 2 owners who will stick around (also doesn't hurt if you have an interest in a similar set of rules for roto-baseball league I run).

The basics, Individual defensive players-

A new owner will draft any returned players or players from departed teams for the first 20 rounds. In the 21st rounds, rookies are eligible to be drafted, and the new owners will be drafting in mid round.

Upon a new season, the draft will be set based on the last season rankings, with the new teams drafting 20 leftover or players from departed teams, and then joining all teams for the rookie draft.
