i have a pending trade that willl go through tonught at the 11pm cycle, and i have one arb case left, but if the player gets what he wants it will put me over the cap. can I wait till after the trade goes through at 11pm est to do the arb case , or will it automatically go to arb during the 11pm cycle? also if i choose to do the arb hearing before 11pm and it puts me over cap , what happens?  will it afffect my trade at 11pm? (after the trade I will have plenty of cap space)

I think it auto goes at the 11pm cycle. Of course you probably already figured that out by now ;).
