Leave some spots for "Any" and you won't pass over the better prospect until you've filled your "any" quota.

Would be a help if any was replaced by Any Position and Any Pitcher. First time I used Any I ended up with a team with about 20-25 pitchers.

Did you set 'Any' to 25 and 0 for the rest of the positions?  I typically set at least 1 for each position, 2 for catcher, then let my rankings to the rest so I don't end up with 20 pitchers.
