Hey everyone, i'm a newbie looking for a mentor. I just started a new season and have taken over the Tacoma franchise. Tacoma appealed to me cause it looks like a great pitcher's park and I would like to develop a good young pitching staff as my first order of business. I am on day one (setting budgets). The current team doesn't look so good with the only "good" players on the roster over the age of 30. I am really looking to try and find players for the future and not to worried about the current season. However, i would like to be somewhat competitive and don't want to tank games. If there are any vetaran coaches who wouldn't mind guiding me in the right direction or providing some tips that would be much appreciated. Thanks.

rock-- click on the "HBD Mentors" thread shaded in blue above this one, and sitemail several of the listed mentors.  I would just do it myself, but work and travel will make my next 3 weeks busy.  If you want help in 3 weeks I'd be glad to help out with stuff like the draft.
