I promised a couple of guys a starting spot and an excessive amount of minutes.  I was going to do the old RS the unRS them but they signed on that cycle (much to my surprise).  Anyway, I've kept my word on the starts, but I'm only giving them about 20 min instead of the 30. 

I know the worst case scenerio is that they both transfer but they both are in different situations.

Player 1 is now ineligible.  Does that nullify the promises, or better yet the lack of me fulfilling them?

Player 2 is still playing and has lost 5 WE.  Do I run the risk of that getting worse or have I taken the worst of it?

General question, what does it take to have a kid transfer, I've never had it happen to me.
