A player has a mutual option with my club for $5M this season.

He also shows up in my Arb Report. 

My options.

1.  Accept the Option.

2.  Deny the Option.

If I deny the option, do I then deal with him in arbitration?  If I accept the option, I assume arbitration does not occur.

Just trying to straighten things out.
