send a ticket if you want, but really it was all about TOs, and he has a good team and awesome press IQs. this was the 3rd game you've had 22 or more TOs... so not a massive anomaly, imo.

Yeah, of all the "This is the worst game ever and I'm going to hold my breath and quit now" threads that I've seen, this one doesn't seem to be that big of a deal.   The other team is better than yours and as wronj points out, you lost the game primarily due to TOs, which can be attributable to the fact that the other team has a very good pressing team and yours doesn't have particularly good BH/P.

for DIII, I think tyber's team is a GOOD BH/P team.  The issue is stamina.  FD Florham has 70 stamina and the opponent 85.  my teams typically are on the low end of stamina (72 to 76 midseason), but FD Florham is even lower.  tyber's team bascially seemed to tire out in the 2nd half.

tyber - you have a good team, but with that stamina running slow down against a FCP is a necessity.  i think you'd have kept it a lot closer.

The BH/P is good not great for tyber's team, stamina is terrible and Lycoming has the benefit of 9 seniors with great stamina and good defensive team. Is the result a bit on the extreme side? Sure but it's not unreasonable. I think the 1st game between these two teams is the more typical result you would see.

agreed, i think that sums it up, good but not great BH.  stamina for tyber's team is just too bad to not slow down against that time.

Okay thanks for the thoughts there guys, I knew the IQ part and that his team is nice defensively. I missed the stamina part of the equation.  Don't get me wrong here guys, this isn't a "OMG! The world is ending, the engine is broken loss and I'm quitting!" I wasn't even arguing that we should have won either game. I was just taken aback by how poorly the team performed and I needed some guys with clearer vision to give their thoughts.
