If you don't need help right away, I'd probably lean towards player 2 - he can get significant mins as a slashing / 3 pt-shooting guard in his first year, which will help boost his WE a bit. And after a year of you pumping a ton of practice time into his ATH + PASS, he'll be a better all-around guard than #1. I don't love his STA or his one less year to improve, and he'll probably never reach his full potential, but he's still very solid.
