DL Question: Replacing with AAA guy Topic

My 1B guy just got injured, 16 days.  I have a AAA guy with no options I woul like to fill in for him.  Can I do it?  Move the AAA guy up at the same time I DL my guy, then move them at the same time again, when my DL guy is healthy without messing up and losing a guy with zero options??

To send him back down, he would have to clear waivers.  Doesn't matter that he was a DL call-up.

Is the guy good enough to contribute at the ML level?  If so, what value does he really give you if he's stuck in AAA?
