Is this possible?  Is it likely?  Is it worth pursuing?  I have a B+ prestige at my D3 school..most of the D2 sims considering the players I am interested in have a prestige between C+ and D+.

Should I move on to other options?

its very possible. it probably costs between 3 and 10k to win the battle, if the guy would accept visits, assuming he is close. so the pulldown will add extra money to that estimate because its very low value money being spent. i have pulled guys down and won for as little as 4k though so its definitely possible. look at the sim's other targets, and try to gauge if this is his best and primary target. if so, you are probably going to spend a lot of $$ to win, but if not, its fairly cheap. if you can wait for the guy to drop that would probably help a lot.

also if he does drop, or if you do pull him down, give the guy like 3 or 4 home visits. if that doesnt get you on the list, you are in it for a long ride. if it does, you can probably win for a reasonable price.

awesome...appreciate the advice.  i have 4 schollies and was going to try to fill them all as i have a big class graduating next year already...but i could only fill 3 and give myself a little more money to play with.  guess we'll see how the first couple cycles go
