VernonO'Rourke

32 currently.  Has been a workhorse. Wants $5.2 M for the next three years.  I've a bit worried about his skills eroding.  would you sign?

I could replace with  Shinjo or Sanchez or Borbon

Shinjo and Sanchez have been effective MLB starters for me?

I'm leaning to a resign...but could use the money on a SS?

Assuming you use 20M or close to it for training, the guy will not erode from age until he is ~38 years old and looks like a very good pitcher to resign at 5.2M.

i'd resign him unless he was a Type A.

At 72 OVR, I can't imagine he could possibly be a Type A and it's even possible that he won't even be a Type B.

I'd keep him for sure. Starting pitching is almost always the hardest thing in a league to find...don't just let a good one walk. Worst case, sign and trade him, but I'd keep him.

Keep him for sure. That 20 million training budget may be out of your reach but even if it is he still should be decent until he's 34 o4 35 for sure. UNLESS he gets hurt but that's a risk we take with every player unfortunately.
