Building your team around your park Topic

Still a newbie in all of this, I'm in Fresno and trying to build my team to be better suited for the stadium which has the following dimensions: LF 324 LFC 385 CF 390 RCF 380 RF 335  The effects are 1B 0, 2B -1, 3B 0, HR LF -2, HR RF -2,
Should I be looking at high contact hitters, REALLY big bats?
As far a pitchers what plays the most role in being successful in a stadium like this, velocity? groundball/flyball?
And finally in the Outfield Should range play a bigger factor than arm strenth and accuracy?

Hope I'm not wasting people's time with this post, and if there is a thread that covers these things in detail please help me find it as all the searching has not given me much

I'd focus on high contact/splits/BE hitters. You want power, of course, but guys with 85/50/70/70/80 will do better for you than 50/85/70/70/80 types.

I'd want a bigtime OF defense.

Similarly, you want really good pitchers. You can probably cheat a little on GB/FB -- maybe live with a guy with a 35 or 45 GB. But high-quality pitching will do well in any park.

Anytime you are in a pitcher's park I feel that two things come at a premium... Batting eye and speed. This is not an extreme pitcher's park like some parks are, but still your ballpark will not hurt guys who get walks and steal bases. BUT MAKE SURE YOUR BASESTEALERS ARE HIGH PERCENTAGE GUYS. I can't believe how many high rated players there are in HBD that are horrible baserunners. They are rated like 84 OVR and they have some stupid number like 95 speed and 53 baserunning. So what happens is they try to steal all the time and get thrown out 50% of the time or better. That hurts bad!!!

Other than that it just depends on what you want. I have seen it done both ways. Guys with bad homerun parks have loaded up on the biggest monster power hitters they could find and succeeded because visitors couldn't hit homeruns but they could. Sanderbear's suggestion will be easier to achieve though. Contact is cheaper than power and seems to be easier to find.
